Refund Policy

We are committed to fair and transparent billing. This policy explains how refunds work for our services.

Project-based services

Projects are typically billed in milestones. If a project is cancelled before work on a milestone begins, that milestone's payment is refundable in full.

Retainer and AMC services

Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and retainer plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months, subject to a 30-day notice period.

Hardware and licences

Physical hardware and third-party software licences are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where a product is faulty or not as described.

How to request a refund

Contact us at hello@craftweb.in with your invoice details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
